5 ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS FOR CHOCOLATE KNAFEH BAR

A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Consumer Safety examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five in the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples were being viewed as "defective". Five on the items sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which is not permitted in merchandise labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
